At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects and lighting components. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Request a Return Authorization

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

    Pack Your Items Securely

    Carefully wrap your lamp parts in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Send your return using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned components, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
